If so, you can gain paid work in mainstream secondary schools across the Wolverhampton area supporting pupils with their learning. Our aim is to get you subject specialist cover, but you could end up teaching a range of subjects to develop your school based skills.

The desired Graduate would be working in the capacity or Cover supervisor, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils.

The suitable candidate would be provided with the appropriate training and support for this role.

You will be required to build positive relationships with pupils, and devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, and help them to get the most out of their time in education.

This can either be full or part-time dependent on your circumstances

• Have a warm and friendly nature to be able to build positive relationships with pupils
• Either have completed or be working towards a qualification such as: Sport and Exercise Science, Sports coaching, PE and school sport, sports performance, Psychology, Sociology, Business studies, Humanities, Mathematics, English Literature/Language, Science, Technologies.
• Be willing to work in Mainstream secondary school settings in the capacity of a Teaching Assistant and/or Cover Supervisor
