About the role

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups. Requirements

To be considered for the role of Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will:
  • Have a Level Four qualification or higher as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Have experience working with Children or young adults who have additional needs.
  • A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.
  • You must be comfortable with personal care.
  • Behaviour Management skills.
  • You should be resilient and passionate about education.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Have a Level Four qualification or higher as a Teaching Assistant.
