In this role you will be working across the whole of primary from EYFS all the way up to Year 6 in and around the Dudley area.
You could be based in one school, or be doing day to day supply in multiple schools to find one which suits you!
About the role
- Working in a range of different primary schools with different ethos but the same goal to support their children in succeeding!
- Supporting children on a 1:1 basis, small groups or the general class
- Supporting pupils from Nursery to Year 6
- Support the Teacher with classroom behaviour and group management
- Helping the teacher organize the class room and ensure activities are set up for the day
- Leasing with parents and other staff members
About the school
The schools you will be working in will range from a 1 form entry to 3 form entry.
The schools you will have the opportunities to be placed in will depend on your preferences as well as the schools requirements.
Requirements
- • Have previous experience working with primary-aged students
- • Suitable qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND, this is highly desirable.
- • Be able to work as part of a team and be confident dealing with occasional behavioural challenges
- • Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students.
