ABC Teachers are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in an SEN room in a mainstream primary school setting, based in the Telford area.

Salary based on qualifications and experience.

This role will include:

  • Perfect for people looking to build confidence working with SEN in a primary age.

About the school

This will be based in a one form entry school based in the Telford area, within their SEN support bank of the school, working primarily with children needing the additional support.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary)- Telford you will:
  • Be able to commute around the Telford area for this role.
  • Need to have had prior experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs.
  • Be able to work typical school hours of 08:30-15:30.
  • A childcare qualification is ideal for this but not compulsory with the right references.
  • Be able to gain references from relevant roles from the last 2 years.
  • Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Salary based on hourly rate.
