ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with a Level 2 Qualification to work in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes based centrally in the Cannock area, to begin at the start of the next academic year - September 2024.
About the role
This role will include:
- Work to begin in September 2024 and be ongoing.
- Working in both a KS1 and KS2 setting.
- Will require staff to cover lessons at points in the day to support teacher when possible.
- Will have a potential to become permanent for the right applicants.

We are proud to be working in partnership with established schools in the Cannock area which are looking to recruit passionate Teaching Asssitants to work in KS1, KS2 and Early Years. They need Level 2 Teaching Assistants who will be able to successfully help drive and support the children to meet their learning outcomes.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 2 Teaching Assistant Cannock - September Start you will:
- Need to have had prior experience working with children of an older primary age group.
- Be able to work typical school hours of 08:30-15:30 from Monday to Friday.
- Be able to gain references from relevant roles from the last 2 years.
- Must have a minimum of a level 2 qualification for this particular role.
- Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
