ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in an EYFS setting of a primary school based in the Lawley area of Telford with a minimum of a level 3 childcare qualification, to work on a full-time basis for a school to start from April 2024.
About the role
This role will include:
- Full-time work from Monday to Friday.
- Scheduled to work from 08:30-15:30.
- To commence from the start of the summer term, however, the school is flexible on this start date.
- Scheduled for the entire summer term, with a potential to become permanent.

This will be based at a primary school based in the town of Telford, it is a two-form entry school with a nursery base with a number of children ages 2-4.
Requirements
- • Be a confident communicator within a working situation.
- • Must have previous experience working with children of a nursery age in a professional setting.
- • Any applicants for this role must have a Level 3 qualification with a childcare based specialism.
- • Be willing to commit to full time hours.
- • Be able to gain references from relevant roles from the last 2 years.
- • Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
- Salary based on hourly rate.
