ABC Teachers are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work across all year groups in a Loughborough based Primary School.
A popular Primary School in Loughborough are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant), who can cover lessons across all year groups. High quality lesson planning has been provided by the school, but you must be able to demonstrate the following;
• Have strong and engaging behaviour management skills
• Be a proactive and hardworking individual
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the national curriculum
• Be adaptable in your teaching methods
The role is to start in September 2021 and could run through the full academic year for the right candidate.
To be considered for the Higher Level Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have a minimum of a Level 4 Teaching Assistant Qualification/HLTA/or QTS
Have experience of delivering lessons.
Be confident in your abilities to engage and teach each pupil.
Have the ability to work well within this inclusive team of educators.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Level 4 Teaching Assistant Qualification or above.
Contract dates: Immediate start - continuing on an on-going basis.
