ABC are currently looking to recruit a Year 3 Class Teacher to begin at one of our large 3 form entry primary schools in the Dudley area after Christmas.
About the role
In this role you will be expected to undergo the full class teacher role including the planning, preparation and marking as well as parents evenings and all that is entailed within the role of a Year 3 Class Teacher. The role will be full-time from 08:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday for two terms. In return, the school will give you designated PPA time to work along-side the parallel Y3 Teachers to help split the workload and support each other for the best of the students.
You will also be given as much support as needed from senior leadership and management (which have just been rated GOOD by Ofsted!). They have also been rated GOOD by Ofsted for Behaviour and Attitude as well as Personal Development.

Requirements
- Hold QTS (ECTs/NQTs welcome).
- Experience in primary year groups, particularly in year 3.
- Understanding of different pupils needs and how to support them.
- Have recent, relevant experience that we can obtain references for.
- Good curriculum knowledge.
- Good behavior management skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Caring and nurturing approach.
- A can do attitude and an eagerness to develop your skills.
- Hold a QTS.
- Have experience which is relevant that we can obtain references for.
