As a Trainee Cover Supervisor in Stoke-on-Trent secondary schools, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work
- Gain valuable classroom management experience
- Work across a variety of secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent
This role does not require planning or marking, making it ideal for those wanting classroom experience without full teaching responsibilities.
