ABC Teachers are looking to recruit enthusiastic Early Career and Trainee Teachers across Burntwood and surrounding areas, who are seeking to begin or complete the Early Career Framework from September 2022.
About the role
We will help you start your career at a time when children across the country need all the support that they can get and joining our NQT Pool will give you exclusive access to a variety of teaching roles in your local area.
Working for ABC Teachers will give you scope to work on a full time or part time basis, as well as having the option to work on a day to day basis, or in short term and long term positions depending on what suits your circumstances.
In the meantime, whilst you are still studying and waiting for your QTS to be awarded, we can offer you work as a Cover Supervisor which will allow you to experience different schools in your local area so you can find a school that is right for you ready for September 2022.

Requirements
- Have experience teaching in a secondary school setting and be able to provide references for this experience.
- Access to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of working towards obtaining QTS.
- Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check, unless already obtained.
- Flexible and adaptable, open to working in a range of different schools in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
- Ability to drive is desirable but not essential for this position.
