About the role
ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Mathematics Supply Teacher in Telford to work across a range of supportive and well-established secondary schools.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term supply teaching, short-term cover, or flexible day-to-day teaching roles within Telford and the surrounding Shropshire area.
As a Supply Maths Teacher in Telford, you will:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality KS3 and KS4 Mathematics lessons
- Plan and mark work where required (for long-term roles)
- Follow school behaviour policies and maintain high classroom standards
- Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes in Mathematics
- Adapt quickly to different secondary school environments

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Mathematics Teacher you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be adaptable, reliable, and professional
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
