Are you a passionate and creative Drama Teacher looking for flexible supply work in Stoke-on-Trent? ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a dedicated Drama Supply Teacher to work across secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding Staffordshire area.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to gain experience in a variety of school settings while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

As a Drama Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic Drama lessons at KS3 and KS4
  • Adapt quickly to different secondary school environments
  • Follow school behaviour policies and maintain high classroom standards
  • Inspire creativity, confidence, and performance skills in students
  • Mark and assess work where required (for long-term placements)

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Drama Teacher you will:
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
  • Be confident managing behaviour in line with school policies
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Provide relevant teaching references
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
