About the role
ABC Teachers is currently recruiting qualified Cover Teachers (M1–M6) to work across a range of secondary schools in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding Staffordshire area. We are seeking enthusiastic educators who can confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects while maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.
As a Cover Teacher in Stoke-on-Trent, you will:
- Deliver engaging, pre-set lessons across various subjects (KS3 & KS4)
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Adapt teaching strategies to suit mixed-ability classes
- Provide feedback to permanent teaching staff
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
