About the role
ABC Teachers, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dedicated and reliable Supply Cover Supervisors to join our team for our secondary schools in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with the school's policies.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged and on task.
- Support students with any questions or concerns during lessons.
- Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher about the lesson and student performance.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- a similar position or 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
