ABC Teachers are recruiting for experienced behaviour Mentors to work across a range of schools in the Shrewsbury area on a flexible basis
About the role
- Work with Children with a range of behavioural Needs in Secondary schools in Shrewsbury
- Have experience in dealing with complex behavioural needs
- Effectively able to liase with members of teaching staff and SLT
- Able to follow care plans and tailor your approach to suit a childs needs
- Positive with strong behaviour management skills

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor Secondary Schools you will:
- Minimum 5 days working sole in charge of a group of Children
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Minimum 5 days working sole in charge of a group of Children
- Preferable experience working within a behavior mentor or similar role
